Best Western Plus West Covina Inn Rooms

Daily breakfast was of great value and offered a variety of choices.

Location. Right off the freeway. The beds were really comfortable. Slept really good. Also. I had the unfortunate experience of leaving my purse in the dining area. Realized this 1 hour after checking out. When I called hotel to inquire, someone had turned purse in to the front desk. When I returned to retrieve it, everything in purse was intack.. Honest Samaritan. Staff held my purse for several hours til I arrived.

Clean, comfortable. The room was so beautiful and we had all the comforts of home.

I don’t like anything about this property, there’s Ant in the room, and the staff and manager Maggie Tai didn’t care at all, I got my face got really bad rushed itching every morning after woke up, and when I leave the room at day time, I am completely ok. There’s not even an apology from the management. The light plug was lose, the the light been going on and off. There’s this really bad noise I can hear don’t know from where the whole night, which I can’t sleep well at all. The bed is not comfortable at all. This is an extremely bad experience here! Manager Maggie offer 25% off for one of the night, and she doesn’t think all those issue is a big deal!
